  • We cater to the typically service-based & low-volume e-commerce small business, entrepreneur, solopreneur and also non-profits seeking a very personalized approach to their website development project.

  • We are a small, personalized, service based business that prides itself on our exceptional service. Unlike agencies, we will be single-client focussed and will work exclusively on your project through completion without overlapping with other clients.

    AND, we offer these services at a fraction of the cost of what agencies charge. Kind of a no-brainer return on investment!

    We have developed a process that feels seamless to our clients, so they don’t have to stress over the immense details of getting their project completed. Our goal is to work efficiently to gather what we need to create content and understand your vision in the least disruptive way possible to your every day business.

  • Once you fill out the inquiry form, you will receive a follow up email/call to let you know our earliest availability to begin your project with our current scheduling. Typical booking timeframe is 1-2 weeks out for full site builds.

  • Most full builds take 2-3 weeks. However, there are instances where complex requirements are needed and that could require an extension to the timeline. We will have a clear timeline before going to contract.

  • Additional fees include:

    • Annual hosting fees for your domain (if you don’t already have one).

    • Squarespace platform fees: ~$275 per year.

    • You should consider: a Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions. We can provide references, if needed. Cost range…$100-$400.

  • Yes. Connecticut, the state of our business address, does require service-based businesses such as this one, to be subject to a CT state sales tax of 6.35%. There could also be a 1% CT surcharge tax applied, depending upon the service. Feel free to learn more here:

  • Copy simply is your text on your site.

    Copywriting as defined on Wikipedia as “the act or occupation of writing text for the purpose of advertising or other forms of marketing. Copywriting is aimed at selling products or services”.

    In short, it’s the art of persuasive copy. Clients often desire assistance with copywriting because they are so close to their business that they can sometimes have a difficult time seeing things from the outside/customer point of view.

  • Yes! In order for me to deliver your site to you by the defined timeline, I will need you to provide critical “content” prior to our engagement. This will all be discussed on our initial call. Content will include:

    • Completing a branding strategy questionnaire.

    • Provide high-quality images and/or video.

    • Provide your branding/logo images.

    • Provide any copy surrounding your brand, services and products.

  • Yes, you can if you want to invest the time & energy in doing so. Once completed will your site have the design esthetic that engages your visitors to take action?

    I find that clients want to work with us because they appreciate the dedicated focus alongside an efficient process for getting their site live— which allows them to remain focussed on their core business.

  • Yes some clients prefer to be hands on this way. Upon off-boarding your site, I will walk you through how to do basic updates as an Admin.

    We also have clients who wish to outsource this cost and pay a small monthly maintenance fee so they don’t have to be concerned with keeping their site regularly maintained, updated and secured.

    We can provide you with either option.

  • Yes, absolutely. We have clients who realized that their existing platforms require recurring maintenance just to keep it working error free. That won’t be an issue with Squarespace. When we do a migration, the cost is the same as a custom build because it is essentially the same amount of work.

  • If your site is selling hundreds of unique products, requires integrated shipping logistics or complicated tax calculations, then you would be better served with a designer who is highly skilled in another platform such as Shopify, as this platform is more suited for these needs. If your e-commerice is pretty straight-forward, then yes we can help you.
