Once you fill out the inquiry form, you will receive a follow up email/call to let you know our earliest availability to begin your project with our current scheduling. Typical booking timeframe is 1-2 weeks out for full site builds.

Most full builds take 2-3 weeks. However, there are instances where complex requirements are needed and that could require an extension to the timeline. We will have a clear timeline before going to contract.

• Provide high-quality images and/or video.

• Provide your branding/logo images.

• Provide any copy surrounding your brand, services and products.

Yes some clients prefer to be hands on this way. Upon off-boarding your site, I will walk you through how to do basic updates as an Admin.

Yes, absolutely. We have clients who realized that their existing platforms require recurring maintenance just to keep it working error free. That won’t be an issue with Squarespace. When we do a migration, the cost is the same as a custom build because it is essentially the same amount of work.

If your site is selling hundreds of unique products, requires integrated shipping logistics or complicated tax calculations, then you would be better served with a designer who is highly skilled in another platform such as Shopify, as this platform is more suited for these needs. If your e-commerice is pretty straight-forward, then yes we can help you.
